Gyor has the most striking Baroque downtown in Hungary. Enormously typical of Baroque architecture in Gyor are the lovely bay windows and bow windows on niche houses. By the end of the 21st century they turn out to be so popular that they even seemed on houses in the peripheries of town.
Gyor's most fascinating tourist attractions are in or around the downtown which is not very prominent. You can go around on foot. The City Hall is a good-looking Neoclassical building through the street from the railway station. There are two identical baroque gardens in the square. It is better to visit City Hall at night when everything is brightened in golden lights.
Gyor Downtown car rental is the economical and best option for your hassle-free commuting.
