Marigot or Marigot Bay is located on the western side of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean Sea. It is one of the historic sites in the Caribbean due to being numerous battles that occurred there between the French and English navies. It has been famously described as “the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean” by American novelist, James A. Michener.
