Sfax is a coastal city in the southeastern part of Tunisia. Capital of the Sfax Governate, this city is often called Tunisia’s second city and is an important Mediterranean port. This city is an important industrial center and is known for its phosphate processing industries, olive farming, olive oil industry, fishing industries and trade industries.
