Port Vila is a city and the capital of Vanuatu, an island nation in the South Pacific Ocean. Called 'the happiest place on Earth’, by a survey conducted in 2006, this city is known for its friendly locals, sun kissed beaches and peaceful culture. This city serves as the most important harbor in Vanuatu and is also the site for its international airport. Tourism is increasingly becoming its most important attraction drawing tourists due to its beautiful beaches and its reputation as a tax haven.

Other activities to indulge in here include visiting the open air movies played here, or going to the many casinos, night clubs and local bars.
