Prerequisites for a hasslefree claim process
To make sure your compensation claim is met with the right pace and approach, our team is ready to assist. All you need to do is submit the application with relevant documents like:
- Copy of rental agreement signed with the Rental Company
- Document with assessment of rental vehicle at the time of pick-up
- Document with assessment of rental vehicle at the time of drop-off
- An invoice receipt to show deduction of the charges by the rental company
- An invoice or evidence of payment or charges made
- Photographic or video proof of the rental damage(s)
- A copy of the police report filed with local authorities (when applicable)
- A copy of a valid driving license of the main driver of the rental
- Bank account details such as bank name, bank address, bank account number, etc.
- A photo of your face along with a valid identity card
